I ported my existing number from Telstra since last week but i can’t receive any messages or calls on behalf the existing number. I signed in my account and it indicates i had ported successfully with the right number. When i call out to someone, my friend told me that there was a strange number shown up.
I do not know i should i do next, i asked for the online consultant, they just told to delete the received messages( he thought there might be hundreds of messages in my phone!)
How can i keep my number?Who can help me?....

Hi @ Sunflower99 - Could you please PM us here your mobile number, full name and date of birth for ID. With ports it is possible that it was not completed and we might have to do it again.
