Hi, My phone has not worked since yesterday i have contacted support many times, why can't they port a number from Virgin. I have been told it will be ok in 4 hours 3 times now. I do not believe them.

If not, how have you contacted Support? i.e. Phone, Chat, Social Media, etc.
