Port Out Request - Incorrect Account Information

Hello, I am Kirsten.

I try to change my interent company two week ago,

but optus still hasnt released my number,

Catch said Optus have my different Birthdate,

my birth date is *hidden* I want to know my personal information is incorrect in Optus,

And then I want to know what birth date keep in Optus? I want to transfer my number to Catch.
