Due to COVID-19, I had to leave Australia in a hurry. I didn't though to close my Optus Plan before leaving. Now, back in Canada, I'm not able to contact Optus in any way. The message us isn't working because my details aren't recognized by the app, I waited hours on the phone and never got to talk with anybody. I tried via Messenger and received an automatic answer that said to contact them with the app. I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to pay my bill and cancel my plan for good. Thank you!
