Phone plan changed without consent

hey
So I just received my latest phone bill and its increased by $10
When I looked on the app I noticed I was on a completely different plan for 12 months.
I didnt make that swap, never went over my data, wasn't notified of any contract ending or signing me up to a new one.
Whats going on?

As mentioned you'll need to check with Optus directly for account related info.

Its possible its a mistake but if I read correctly you were on a 12 month plan and that ended. There may have been a bonus connected to the plan?
