Ordered a new phone with my current address - optus was smart enough to send that to my old address
- requested multiple times to remove that address prior to that order
- order details email contained alterntae address ( checked my order, didnt provided that address), called optus and they said I should not worry about that
- called optus after 3 business days - guess what, phone sent to wrong address, have to wait more 5-7 business days for them to resolve the issue.
-Alternatively, had issues with broadband, I was told technician will call/visit my place, been more than a week past their provided time. I think traffic in Sydney is so bad it takes them literally more than a week to travel next to their HQ.
Thinking of cancelling all of my phone and broadband services.
