Phone Order

I have ordered a new phone from optus on the 30/01/20 and still haven't seen the order or haven't even received any form of shipping information,

 

I have rang 3 times to get an update on my order and all they can tell me is my order has been sent to the warehouse...

 

How does it take more than 10 days to pick one phone and send an item?

 

I'm ready to cancel this order and go to another phone company as I'm starting to have not but problems since joining optus.

Your better off cancelling your order. They have been having nation wide delivery issues for the last two weeks. See here.

Would of been easier if someone just told me that when I rang rather than the order is ready to be dispatched for the last two weeks
