Payment error - online sales

Hi, trying to purchase a prepaid handset and plan for my mother and keep getting the following message "Oh no there was an error processing your payment please contact 1800 780 182". This message is displayed after choosing any payment method. Can anyone suggest why please. Thanks.

Having the same problem here when trying to buy a prepaid sim - seems like something is broken at Optus's end.

I've been able replicate the issue on my end. 


I've sent out a couple of emails to let the relevant teams know. 


Once I have an update, I'll let you guys know.
