My daughter has had her service disconnected due to not making a payment. Can you ring a number to advice of a Bpay payment to have service restored from the same phone that is disconnected?
My understanding was that even though a service was cut you could still ring your provider from the same phone to make or advise of a payment.
If not, how can she advise of a Bpay payment to have service restored?
Hi @ Ronnie62 - You can certainly report the payment from My Optus App or Text the word Menu to 9999 > Follow the prompts (available from restricted services).
