I need access to a list of incoming calls over the last few years to prove a certain number has called me at inappropriate times of the night. Optus are saying it's not possible to provide this for privacy reasons. I did not accept that answer and then was told that they would see what other options there were. I was then told my lawyer could call and that I could be present during the phone call. I then argued that that would cost me a lot of money and refused to accept that answer. So then I was told it would be possible and I was asked what dates I needed the phone calls from. Is this normal practice?
