Paid my overdue Optus bill, trying to contact Optus to get my service back on

My phone got restricted service overnight, I paid the bill this morning at 8am, can not contact anybody at Optus by phone,because my phone is restricted..you would think you could at least use your phone to contact your provider..I lived chat Optus from my iPad and got told my service would be back on in 15min to 4 hours...it’s been over 8 hours and chatted with a number of people who can’t solve my problem...it’s a joke

Yes frustrating indeed and I'm wondering if the report a payment service would be worth a shot.
