Overseas and cannot access optus app

Hi im currently back in my home town due to the virus outbreak. I changed my sim card to the local one here and i cant seem to access the optus app for the billing for my mobile plan. I already requested for a temporary suspension for 2 months. But i cant access my profile to pay the monthly fees. What do i do? And who can i contact? Thanks

You'll need to use the Optus SIM to access the My Optus app from overseas, however you can still access your My Account on any service. You can also pay any bills via Pay My Bill - Aron

Turn on wifi. Put the old Optus SIM back in and you should be good to go.
