I got my bill on a new iphone xs 64gb model on the promo plan of $106.25 pm. However, I'm getting charged $125 per month. I've seen the community managers on here often look at transcripts and help out. I contacted billing and they said I would not get a credit for the larger bill. I'm wondering also if anyone else has had this problem?

They would have informed you why you aren’t getting the credit, they’d say why...
Is the $108 a student offer or something like that?
