Outbound calls

Hi 

I've paid my over due bill and my phone is still restricted. I tried to call from my phone to see what's going on and it won't let me call them even though it clearly says online that that number can be called even on restricted phones. 

 

Anyone know now how I can fix this ?

Apologies for the delay, are you still experiencing this issue? Please note that once our systems accepts the payment, auto restoral of service takes between 15mins - 4hrs. Also ensure that you have switched your phone back off and on again.
