Hi @Bettyg133, did you order this service online? Which service was this in regards to? I mean postpaid mobile, prepaid sim card, prepaid mobile etc? With postpaid billing service once the order is placed you get an email with temporary order number. Our sales support team will then contact you in 2 days to finalise it. IF it is prepaid then you will get updates as the order progresses / dispatched.
