Order still PENDING

I ordered an iPhone 8 and had to upgrade from a Micro sim to a nano sim.

My account is in pending so we cant activate the sim and I have had several conversations with Optus and they have told me that it would me a max 24 houirs until it was solved. I was even promised a call back and still nothing. 

 

C'mon Optus, what kind of Xmas present is this going to be??
