Order status

I ordered a new phone 2 weeks ago and was told that day that the order was approved and would be delivered in 3-5 business days. I have not been informed that they have been shipped yet when i contact them in the live chat i have been given 3 different statuses.
1. Order not left the warehouse
2. Order is in the shipment process and will be delivered in 1-5 days
3. Product is out of stock and will be 2 weeks before expected to be back in stock

How frustrating taylordoll13, that would take the excitement out of getting a new phone.
