Hi, I have an active order at the moment and after speaking with the live chat, I was informed the application was successful, but it is still showing that the order is in progress. Any info would be much appreciated about how long this process takes!
How'd you go about placing the order? Was that completed online, chat or in-store? I'd say it still needs to be processed by admin.

Something along the lines of, "The order to upgrade your service, or your new order has been successful - order number XYZ.

It is for an iPhone XR so I was wondering if that could hold it up?
Im also curious to know if I can pick up instore or do I have to wait for delivery?

Which colour & Storage capacity? If you've ordered online, you'll need to wait for delivery from our warehouse.
You'll receive an SMS as soon as the phone is being prepared for packaging. You'll then receive a follow up SMS once the handset has been dispatched. That'll include a consignment number that you can use to trace your delivery.
Our retail stores have a separate stock allocation. I'm afraid you aren't able to pick up the handset from in-store.
Currently 0 stock available in our warehouse, that explains why you haven' received anything since the order number.
That's for the White 64GB XR and Black. As far as a delivery timeframe is concerned, I couldn't give you a definite an answer.
The Blue and Coral 64GB are available.
It might be worthwhile switching to a different colour.
