Where is my SIM card order? Supposed to be next day delivery (in Sydney) & it's been 3 days & nothing. Online order hasn't even updated since the moment I ordered it, so online order tracking no help at all. Phone support is useless or non-existent - get transferred twice then told they have to transfer again + a further 30 minute wait. Can't even actually email a web services provider company! Website usability is appalling (try viewing it in Google Chrome!). Not happy! How about some actual customer support???
