Order not appearing on account page

A couple of days ago I took advantage of an special for the S9. I chose it as an upgrade and got an email confirmation for the order. Today I noticed it wasn't on my account page and this worries me. The temp order number is T51526096848996. Any help would be great.

Update: It is now showing, just hoping it is an upgrade and not an added device. Fingers crossed.
