Order confirmation not recieved


I’ve placed an order on the 15/9 for the iPhone X and still haven’t recieved confirmation. I got a temporary tracking number but then nothing. Anyone know what the delay could be?

Hey @Shanni95 - not great to hear if you haven't received any further confirmation yet. Can you please shoot me a private message with your temporary order number, full name, and date of birth (for privacy reasons) so that we can check this out?
