Order Status


I am trying to find out more about why my order status says Negotiation, I have called and after over an hour on the phone was told that I was approved for Credit and that the order would progress but when I logged on to chat with someone else because the status had not changed I was told that the order has still not been submitted. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get this sorted and have my order progress.
