Order I didn’t place

I received an email and text confirmation for an order I did not place, reference number 72678593A. Who made this order and what is it as I did not make an order today?

I suggest you hop on that as fast as you can. The forum is not the place to ask. Try Phone, LiveChat or Facebook for more immeadiate response. Its possible its just a mistake but its also possible someone has hacked your account and is using it to order a new phone etc.

Did you make changes to your account via the online portal? or someone with your username/pass?

- Add/remove voicemail

- Increase/decrease NBN speed tier

- Change plans

 

These all create "an order" to process.

I wondered about that too @Jeneral__Pain but IME those "orders" don't generate order numbers in the communications. That may have changed though. Anyway a definitely possibility.
