Has there been any progress on this one? If you've placed an order online, you should receive an email confirmation which includes a temporary order reference number.
Once we've processed your application, you'll receive a further confirmation email/SMS. If you haven't received any sort of communication the 7th, then there's an issue.
I'd really suggest our Sales Order Support Team for this one. You can message the team here. You'll need to select, Personal → Mobile → Track your order.
