Order Confirmation Email

Placed on order online on 7/11 and still haven’t received an order confirmation email. Tried online chat and they told me I needed to call. I work in a very busy environment where I cannot sit on the phone chasing this. How do I go about getting an answer?

What was the order for, I see you’ve posted in the mobile section, my previous interactions have been order confirmation came upon confirmation of stock of item and in the past iPhones struggling to stay in stock results in delays

Has there been any progress on this one? If you've placed an order online, you should receive an email confirmation which includes a temporary order reference number.

 
Once we've processed your application, you'll receive a further confirmation email/SMS. If you haven't received any sort of communication the 7th, then there's an issue.

No I only have the interim order confirmation. Then got a text message so log on and confirm and nothing since.
