Optus x Sleek SIM LOCK



I recently decided to switch my data provider but I can't seem to unlock my phone (Enter SIM ME lock [NP]). I visited the 'Optus Mobile Device Unlock' site and filled it out to get;


No immediate unlock code can be found for this mobile device. An Optus representative will contact you within the next 5 business days with details on how to unlock this mobile device."


However I don't have another phone I can be contacted through.

Then please use Live Chat to speak to billing customer service, they can then look up the SleekX unlock code to provide it to you.


Please note, if the circumstances match you may be charged an unlocking fee (As these handsets are supplied at a significant discount on Prepaid).
