I got the message from Optus that they want to retain virgin customers, however, they do not have a like for like or better options to offer. For example, none of the mobile offer on plans except the top one which is very expensive $199.00 per month offers international call inclusion to coutries like Nepal. This was the sole reason lot of customers signed up to Virgin, now Optus do not offer any such plans. I am sure Optus will upset those customers and they will end up leaving you.
I do not understand why Optus cannot include Nepal and Virgin could. Can someone get this message to their Sales strategist or thinkers before their customer number comes down?
