Optus still hasn’t got back to me regarding my new phone

I Got an email from Optus saying they will get back to me within 48 hours regarding my order. It has now been a week and still haven’t heard anything. Would like to know when your Gonna get back to me.

I'm afraid we don't have visibility of customer orders here on our public online forum.

It sounds like you received an automated response where it generally is up to 48 business hours, I daresay this has been extended out a bit due to the recent Easter long weekend.
