Optus perks

Hi my Optus perks said it had de registered my phone number an now won't work or let me buy a ticket how do I register again?

That’s seems strange to me that it would deregister itself. Have a look at the link below or in the My Optus app and see if you can register again. Failing that you may need to have a word with support and you can do that via the live chat on the second link below if you wish.
