My Yes app doesn't have the heart perks icon. It just has the 3 dots that take me to settings. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app but it's the same. I also can't access perks after I've logged in to my account online. I try to log in/register for perks and it says "looks like you don't have any active phone numbers...." when I definitely receive invoice to my mobile/email each month.

Since the Optus App has changed recently, things have moved around.
Once you open the app, let it load. Do not press anything.
Once its loaded, you’ll see, 2nd row, under the heading ‘perks’ (under entertainment)
Click ‘view all’ and all the available perks will be there 🙂
