Optus has charged me for two recharges

I live in Melbourne and have recharged mobile phone number xxxxxx on Friday morning by using Visa card. Optus Pty Ltd Sydney took my money on Friday 28/02/2020. This morning my bank staff tells me Optus Prepaid Melbourne has taken the same amount of money from my account again. it's unbelievable! So I have to cancel my Visa Card to avoid Optus keep taking my money again! I don't know why Optus can do that! Can anyone answer my question? Thanks.

Sounds like you possibly have auto-recharge enabled and did a manual recharge not long after?
