I have an Optus X Spirit pre paid mobile. I had to reset it yesterday after numerous problems with incoming calls being sent straight to voicemail etc. Now, any call I make automatically disconnects after 3 minutes. I cannot see any settings that would do this, so please explain if someone can, why it would be doing this? Thanks.
Have you tried your SIM in another device?
Is it location specific or everywhere?
Is it calling landlines or mobiles?
Just trying to nail down some details.
Hi. Thanks for the response. I turned it off and on again, and the next call I made it didn't do it lol. So I still have no idea what was going on, but at least it's not annoying me now.
