Hi there, I activated an Optus Travel Pack for a two week cruise in Asia. My phone didn't connect to any service in Bali (Indonesia is a Zone 1 country) and now I'm in Singapore (another Zone 1 country) and still nothing. Could someone please give me any advice or help with this?
Have you turned international roaming on, on your phone?
What does it say in the optus app about international roaming on your account?
Also confirm your dates for your travel pack. If they don't match up with now be careful with international roaming as you will be charged $$$$ without the travel pack in place.
Yes to all of the above. Please close this thread. I spoke with tech support and managed to find a solution (turning off automatic network provider and manually selecting a different provider)
