You can register up to 4 devices with a single Optus Sport subscription. You're just required to login with your Optus Sport credentials.

I have a couple of devices successfully streaming Optus Sport (a Mac and a work PC). a 3rd device (win10) which I'm replacing the Mac with says I'm ineligible using the same credentials, and I can't resolve via Chat as they all say it's limited to a mobile device only.
Please shoot our Optus Sport team a message to have them try to assist with this issue.
