I've recently taken delivery of a Samsun Galaxy 9+.
I can log onto Optus Sport online but my password is not recognised when I try and log-in on my phone.
I only downloaded the Optus Sport app tonight.
Can you help
Hi @Renato79, I'd suggest a couple of things
1). Double check that you're logging in with the correct email address you've been assigned
2). An update for Optus Sport was released last night/early today. Check to see whether there's an outstanding update. You should be running on Optus Sport App version - V2.3.3
3). Delete the application (including any cached data) & reinstall
4). Try a password reset
