I have recently been unable to access my Optus Sports app. The app says my username or password is invalid, yet when I log in online (desktop) the account details work. I'm on an iphoneX and the app has worked fine until recently. No settings have changed in my phone. Any suggestions?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

This is part of a known issue that we've identified.
We have identified a problem where Optus Sport App users cannot login to the App. Users are getting Incorrect Username or Password error message even though the password is correct, and they can log in via browser.
As a work around, we suggest exactly what @Davelew has. A simple uninstall/reinstall will do the trick.
