Why does the optus app say my phone is jailbroken or rooted and not work?
I have done every test to ensure my phone is not rooted (android) however the app insists it is jailbroken or rooted and no longer works..what is going on?
What model phone is it?Did you buy it second hand?
There seemed to be a (resolved) problem with the Optus App last year
It's an S8 that I've had since brand new. Only started to have this issue recently
