Online order

Hi, I have placed an order to upgrade my.plan and have not received order confirmation for temp order T61513163713152.

I have tried over the phone support and I keep being referred to the sales who have said only online sales can help but they don't answer the phone after numerous attempts of sitting on hold for over an hr each time. No one available on Web chat either. Can some moderator please help me?!
