Ive added another mobile service to my account, however did this one online. So far it's been 8 days with the only update that it is being processed...AND I had to call to get that. Can anyone advise why the call centre in Manila (I believe) is rude and not really customer focused!!! should have added the phone in store...

Hey @CallanE, what sort of order reference have you received? Is it a temporary reference begging with an O or T or have you received a confirmed order reference number ending in the letter A?
