Mobile service in Adelaide. Calling Telstra mobiles or landline. I cannot hear the person I call. They can hear me.

Galaxy S7. Restarted yes.
Not reported to Optus yet.

Seems to be resolved now. VoLTE not enabled at the carrier. Also caused VoWIFI not to work. Thanks to Gibbon's help on the chat line. Checked SIM status. IMS was showing "not registered."
