One way speech

Mobile service in Adelaide. Calling Telstra mobiles or landline. I cannot hear the person I call. They can hear me.

Been going on for a few days now.

Re: One way speech

Is it everywhere in Adelaide or just one particular location?

What device?

Have you restarted your device?

Have you reported this to Optus?

I'm a Yes-Crowd Contributor, not an Optus Employee, and I contribute on a voluntary basis. Did someone on Yes Crowd answer your question? Did they share a great tip Please remember to acknowledge their awesomeness by throwing a Kudo and or Accepted Solution their way.

Re: One way speech

Do others you know on the Optus network experience the same thing?

Does it work fine when they call you?

Re: One way speech

Seems to be resolved now. VoLTE not enabled at the carrier. Also caused VoWIFI not to work. Thanks to Gibbon's help on the chat line. Checked SIM status. IMS was showing "not registered."
