I have searched these boards about optus double dipping into bank accounts when a payment is made online. To which I found many. I have just been advised by Optus that they have never (before me) had the same complaint LOL. That I must have pressed the confimation button twice or let it time out. That never happened and it is an absolute Joke I recieved one reciept and my account clearly states that I made one payment of $344.66 yet they accessed and deducted this amount twice. They want me to wait a week to get my money back and think that this is acceptable without any repercussion on them. Has anyone else had this horrendos experience and clearly been lied to by Optus staff?
