OPPO Find X2 Pro | Pre-order Gift with purchase

Customers who purchase the OPPO Find X2 Pro (Black Ceramic) in an Optus channel or sign up or recontract with an OPPO Find X2 Pro (Black Ceramic) device payment plan with an in-market Optus plan during the pre-order period are eligible to redeem a bonus $300 AUD e-gift card. The e-gift card is available for use at a range of selected retailers. See FAQ’s below for more details.

Offer period: 

Customers will be eligible to claim the offer if they purchase during the pre-order period below:

8am AEST Monday 25 May 2020 – 11.59pm AEST Monday 8 June 2020.

Offer redemption period:

Customers can redeem their offer during the period below once they've received the device:

8am AEST Monday 25 May 2020 – 11.59pm AEST Sunday 21 June 2020.

You’ll have till Sunday 21 June 2020 to redeem your offer. Follow the steps below to redeem:

1. Head to the OPPO promotional page during the specified redemption period above. Remember, you will need to provide your: 

2. Once you’ve submitted your redemption claim, you will be sent an email with a unique ID to track your redemption status. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive an approved email claim confirmation from OPPO. If further information is required to support your claim, OPPO will contact you via email

3. Allow up to a further 3 business days from your approved claim confirmation email to receive an email from Edge Loyalty with a link to the gift card platform and your code. You will have 2 months from receiving this email to visit Edge Loyalty and select your gift card and retailer. If you do not claim your gift card, your promo code will expire after 2 months

4. Once you’ve selected your gift card retailer, allow up to 48 hours for the digital e-gift card to arrive to the e-mail you’ve submitted with Edge Loyalty

Q: What is the Gift with purchase?

A: $300 AUD digital e-gift card from one vendor of your selection, these include:

Q: When will I be able to redeem the Gift with purchase?

A: The gift with purchase can only be redeemed once you’ve received your device (in order to provide the Device IMEI) and must be claimed during the redemption period (9am AEST 25 May 2020- 11.59pm AEST 21 June 2020).

Q: How will the I receive my Gift with purchase? 

A: An e-mail confirming the approved gift with purchase submission will be sent within 3 business days (unless further information is required). Once received, you’ll receive a separate email from Edge Loyalty within 3 business days. The email will include a link to the gift card platform and a code. You will have 2 months to select a gift card using that link and code. Once selected, the e-gift card will be provided within 48 business hours via e-mail to the e-mail address you’ve provided upon claiming the gift card.

Q: What if I have an issue with the e-gift card?

A: For any issues relating to the digital e-gift card, you can contact OPPO via email promotions@oppomobile.com.au. You will need to provide them with your name, contact number, proof of purchase and IMEI number. You’ll then be contacted by an OPPO service representative.

Redeem a bonus $300 e-gift card to selected vendors (see below) with the purchase of the Find X2 Pro outright from an Optus-owned channel or on a device payment plan (over 12, 24 or 36 mths) with any advertised or in market Optus Plan during pre-order. Offer ends 11.59pm AEST 08/06/20. Offer must be redeemed by 11.59pm AEST 21/06/20. Limit 1 gift per device. New and recontracting consumer and SMB customers only (Excludes TechFund and Fleet). Once device received, claim gift online using handset IMEI and proof of purchase via http://promo.oppo.net.au/ by 11.59pm AEST 21/06/20. Following claim submission, you will receive an e-mail within approx. 3 business days from OPPO if your claim has been approved, rejected or if more information is required. Following OPPO’s claim approval email, within approx. 3 business days you will receive an email from Edge Loyalty with your reward code and link to the e-gift card platform.  Reward code is valid for 2 months only. Following e-gift card selection, you will receive the e-gift card within 48 hours. E-gift card selection limited to one vendor only. Value of gift card cannot be split across vendors.
