Q: When will I be able to redeem the Gift with purchase?
A: The gift with purchase can only be redeemed once you’ve received your device (in order to provide the device IMEI) and must be claimed during the redemption period (8am AEST Tuesday 9 June 2020 – 11.59pm AEST Monday 20 July 2020).
Q: How will I receive my Gift with purchase?
A: Once you have received your device and submitted your redemption claim online, an e-mail confirming the approved gift with purchase submission will be sent within 3 business days (unless further information is required). Once received, you’ll receive a separate email from Edge Loyalty within a further 3 business days. The email will include a link to the gift card platform and a code. You will have 2 months to select a gift card using that link and code. Once selected, the e-gift card will be provided within 48 hours via e-mail to the e-mail address you’ve provided upon claiming the gift card.
Q: What if I have an issue with the e-gift card?
A: For any issues relating to the digital e-gift card, you can contact OPPO at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide them with your name, contact number, proof of purchase and IMEI number. You’ll be contacted by an OPPO service representative.
Bonus $100 E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Redeem a bonus $100 e-gift card to selected vendors (see below) with the purchase of the Find X2 Lite outright from an Optus-owned channel or on a device payment plan (over 12, 24 or 36 mths) with any advertised or in market Optus Plan. Offer ends 11.59pm AEST 06/07/20. Offer must be redeemed by 11.59pm AEST 20/07/20. Limit 1 gift per device. New and recontracting consumer and SMB customers only (Excludes TechFund and Fleet). Once device received, claim online using handset IMEI and proof of purchase via http://promo.oppo.net.au/ by 11.59pm AEST 20/07/20. Following claim submission, you will receive an e-mail within approx. 3 business days from OPPO if your claim has been approved, rejected or if more information is required. Following OPPO’s claim approval email, within approx. 3 business days you will receive an email from Edge Loyalty with your reward code and link to the e-gift card platform. Reward code is valid for 2 months only. Following e-gift card selection, you will receive the e-gift card within 48 hours. E-gift card selection limited to one vendor only.
