Okay, it's finally been established that there's a wider issue impacting a number of customers. 

 

  • Some customers are advising of experiencing delays with activation of number share based services
  • The issue is currently being investigated by accountable IT fixer groups 

 

We do have a problem report - 22134711. @TimB69 .

I'll update this thread as more info comes through.

Cheers @Dan_C , legend!

Got it working this afternoon - apparently Optus had run out of number share allocations? Seems a bit weird, but sorted now none the less.
