I am using galaxy s9+. Have tried removing and reinserting sim, factory reset, *#78#. 2nd hand, was told it was legitimately obtained, but am no longer confident of the truth in that. Any suggestions? Thank you, in advance, for the appropriate information to resolve this issue 😊
Simply use the My Optus app, stephany-1616.
Tap on More in the bottom right hand corner, then Plan then Plan term
