I am getting 4g for data usage,but not getting 4g when i make calls to any number,it suddenly changes into 3g.
please help !

According to this page - prepaid does not get volte.

i was getting 4g voice calls and data few days back with no problems , this problem started from two weeks back and my phone jumps from 4g to 3g straight away when i make a call or receive one.
i am not sure how i update my carrier settings.
because my prepaid cap include 4g coverage.
voice & data.
According to the above link prepaid does not get access to volte e.g. Voice over 4g.
So due to not having volte your phone has to switch to 3g to make/take calls
