Within this month I find my Optus mobile phone runs very slowly, sometimes tells me that the app has no response. I have already run AVAST antivirus software with it.
Is that the problem of being infected by virus ?

More likely AVAST is what is slowing it down. What model phone?
For something like this I would do a factory reset. Confirm speeds are back to normal before adding back apps. The main ones are unlikley to be an issue but do you have any non mainstream apps? Load those in last and check speeds as you go.

Mine is an Optus ZTE Blade A6 MAX model.
Anyway I do not know how to make a factory reset.Do I have to visit an Optus shop to do it ?
Moreover, it seems I am running certain risk if I do not install any antivisus software(or apps) for my mobile. It seems to me AVAST is NOT appropriate as it appears to be INCOMPAPIBLE with my Optus mobile.

No need to head into a store, it can be done on your phone.
It should be: Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset
