So tonight i was browsing the web where right on Midnight i got redirected to the "Out of credit" web page.
I tried to do the IOU credit but it said i did not need it as i still had credit.
I checked my credit via text and call and it said $4.50 avail.
After contacting live chat (On a friends Wifi as the optus website will let you access it but will not allow access to live chat.) ithey too said i had $4.50 credit.
After telling them over and over the issue was on their end i finally got the tech to add $3 credit to my account after him saying it would not work and surprise surprise it did!
He was suprised but i wasn't.
I want to know if anyone else is having this issue?
