Hello, this morning I upgraded in-store to the $69 promo plan for the iphone xr. The colour i wanted was not in stock so I agreed to order one in to my address. The sim card part of my plan is now active which is fine, it doesnt bother me too much, but I havent recieved any emails or texts saying that the order is confirmed or anything. When i sign into my optus account and go to 'my orders' it says that 'there are no open orders to display'. Should i be concerned or is it normal since the lady at optus ordered it for me instore?
They won't necessarily show online, have you spoken to the store or called Activations to follow up on the order number the store provided?
