Hey guys,

 

This particular offer has proven to be extremely popular. You should receive a temporary order reference number beginning with T. The time taken for the application to be processed generally depends on whether you're a current or new Optus Customer.

 

New customers are subject to external credit checks. We may require further documentation such as proof of ID or address. If that's the case, then you'll be contacted by a sales consultant to confirm if any additional details are required to progress the application.
