Got an amazing offer on a new iPhone 8.......ordered it and got a temporary order number but I haven’t recived an email confirmation, it was ordered two days ago.

Me Too, Ordered on Sunday.
and when i did the online chat to ask about it today they wanted a rediculous amount of personal id information.
When i questioned it, the chat connection was interupted and it cut out.
i went to try chat live but everytime they said it was very busy
Managed to re order via the chat link......however took a long time and still haven’t been sent a confirmation email

I ordered 4 day’s ago. I only have temporary order number. I tried to call, they put me on hold.
i no chat live is long but i would prefer it and thats how i ordered mine but i may have to get back on there and do the same as you .....wish me luck and here goes lol
my order was canceled not a vey happy person
I ordered Tuesday night as my sons iPhone has stopped working so he is desperate for a phone - got the temp order number and it said would be contacted within a day if further info was needed . Friday night I get on the chat to be told my order hasn’t been processed but they can reorder for me so I agree and was told would get a confirmation email within 24 hours . Nothing . Have been an Optus customer for at least 5 years and have 2 mobiles and home wifi and not at all impressed .
now its saying its completed ......im soo confused
